Museum Pass
Museum Pass Regulations
The Museum Pass is a personal card that entitles the holder to a range of benefits, discounts and services at the cultural sites managed by Giunone Società Cooperativa and on the educational activities and camps it organises. It also helps to co-fund the museum’s activities.
These regulations set out the conditions, terms of use, benefits and limits of the card.
1. Participating sites and activities
The Museum Pass is valid at the following sites and services managed by Giunone Soc. Coop.:
- PARC – Palaeontological and Archaeological Museum (Genoni)
- Civic Museum of the Giara Horse (Genoni)
- Museum of Traditional Sardinian Toys (Zeppara/Ales)
- Activities and excursions in the Giara Park (Genoni)
- Workshops and educational activities at the Rosas Mine (Narcao)
2. Museum Pass benefits
2.1 Free admissions
The cardholder is entitled to:
- 1 free admission to PARC
- 1 free admission to the Civic Museum of the Giara Horse
- 1 free admission to the Museum of Traditional Sardinian Toys
Admissions are personal and non-transferable.
2.2 Discounts on the combined ticket
The card entitles the holder to the reduced rate on the combined ticket of the Genoni Museum System (PARC + Giara Horse + former convent + Giara).
2.3 Free educational workshops
The holder is entitled to 1 free educational workshop, to be used at one of the following sites:
- PARC
- Giara Horse Museum
- Museum of Traditional Sardinian Toys
- Rosas Mine
The free workshop must be booked in advance and can be used only once.
2.4 Summer camp discounts
Rates reserved for cardholders:
- 3 days: € 270 instead of € 280
- 6 days: € 510 instead of € 530
- Premium 5 nights / 6 days: € 870 instead of € 900
2.5 Family benefits
The Museum Pass offers families the following additional benefits:
a) Reduced ticket for parents
The parents of a child who holds the Museum Pass are entitled to the reduced ticket at all museums managed by Giunone Soc. Coop.
b) Free workshop for the first child
The first child in the family is entitled to 1 additional free educational workshop, to be used at one of the participating sites.
The free workshop is valid only once and must be booked in advance.
c) Other children
The other children in the family can take part in workshop activities at the full rate.
3. Card validity
Valid for 12 months from the activation date.
Renewable under the conditions in force at the time.
4. Terms of use
- The card is personal and non-transferable (except for the family benefits listed above).
- It must be shown before entry or before the activity begins.
- Benefits can be used only once unless otherwise stated.
- Summer camp discounts require an active card at the time of enrolment.
- Activities are subject to booking and availability.
- The card does not entitle the holder to priority access.
5. Loss, replacement and limitations
- If the card is lost or damaged, a duplicate can be requested.
- The card is non-refundable.
- Giunone Soc. Coop. may suspend or change the benefits for organisational or regulatory reasons.
Personal data processing
Cardholders’ data are processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). The privacy notice is available at the cooperative’s premises and on the websites of the sites it manages.
Acceptance of the regulations
Use of the Museum Pass implies full acceptance of these regulations.
